Our FA Consulting System

Today, manufacturers face various obstacles in production, and tasks not only require increasing production output ratio but also saving energy to accommodate decreasing labor force. Factory Automation (FA) provides solutions to these problems and sustain process of making-of-things.
At Astecnos, we are equipped with employees with Class-A technical expertise who provide everything from initial hearing with our customers, design, processing, assembly, mounting and maintenance services through our FA consulting system that process everything internally with our integrated system.

Hearing/Quotation/Ordering/
Visiting/Consultation

Consultation will be provided by hearing your production challenges and we will submit proposals on requirements and specs to respond to your needs. Engineers will be present from the initial hearing to expedite mutual understanding which make it possible for us to propose customization that you truly seek.

Production Management

Work schedule will be devised and progress will be managed while assigning a dedicated team for accurate implementation.

Mechanical Design/Electric Design

Mechanical Design We incorporate 2D/3D CAD for mechanical designing. We are determined to provide not only functionality and durability but designs that specifically match your factory environment.

Electric Design As for electric, control device designs and circuit diagram, we will be responsible for the final implementation at your factory. We are conscious of usability and reliability in our designs.

Processing

We will be in charge for processing of parts used in our custom-made-machines, from general to precise processing incorporating state-of-the-art equipment such as machining center. Strict quality inspection will be issued on every processed parts as a general rule to prevent non-conforming parts for later process.

Control Boards Manufacturing

The control panel that functions as the brain for the specialized machines are completely manufactured internally to assure strict adherence to the spec. Based on the circuit diagram, we will carefully connect each part including electronic board, meters, switches to the circuit and assemble the machines.

Assembly

Our large-scale facility with state-of-the-art equipment allows not only large production line assembly, extending over 50 meters in length, but simultaneous production of multiple custom-made-machines of the same type while maintaining quality. The company is equipped with large dust proof clean room to assure proper assembly of custom-machines used for medical and pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic production.

Quality Assurance

We will facilitate pre-delivery inspection and manage indicated matters and repairs to eliminate non-conforming products.

Shipping/On-Site Installation

Our engineers will visit factory sites to perform wiring and piping among other necessary onsite installations.

Maintenance and Inspection

Upon facing troubles requiring immediate attention, our nearest engineers will respond and will repair even machines and electrical parts from other brands.
